摘要
目的分析PBL教学法在妊娠期糖尿病疾病临床实习教学中的应用价值。方法取2015年6月—2016年6月的选60名学生为研究对象,分两组各30名。对照组传统授课,试验组给予PBL教学。对比教学效果。结果试验组学生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而课堂测验分析可知,试验组实习学生的平均分数与对照组平均得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在妊娠期糖尿病疾病临床实习教学中具有明显的优势,有助于提高学生的临床思维能力,增强学生系统的学习知识,加强团队合作意识。
Objective To analyze the application value of PBL teaching in the clinical practice teaching of diabetes during pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of students from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional teaching, while the test group adopted the PBL teaching, and the teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results The satisfactory degree of students in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious( P〈0.05), and the class test analysis showed that the difference in the average score between the test group and control group was not obvious( P〈0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching has an obvious advantage in the clinical practice teaching of diabetes during pregnancy, which contributes to improving the clinical thinking ability of students, enhance the systematic knowledge and enhance the awareness of team cooperation.
