摘要
目的研究并分析在临床诊治妊娠期糖尿病患者的过程中,检测TGF-β2、TGFβRⅡ的表达水平,评价其诊断价值。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月于该中心同级别的人民医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机抽取128例作为该研究对象,分别检测TGF-β2、TGFβRⅡ两种指标的表达水平并评价诊断意义。结果通过Real-time PCR和WB检测两组孕妇的TGF-β2、TGFβRⅡ的m RNA和蛋白表达水平发现,其在试验组中的表达水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床诊治妊娠期糖尿病患者的过程中,TGF-β2和TGFβRⅡ细胞因子的表达水平与病情的进展密切相关,可作为其早期诊断的重要辅助指标之一,应广泛推广。
Objective To research and analyze the expression levels of TGF-β2 and TGFβR Ⅱ in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes during pregnancy and evaluate its diagnosis value. Methods 128 cases of patients with diabetes during pregnancy admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects and the expression levels of TGF-β2 and TGFβRⅡ were respectively tested and the diagnosis significance was evaluated. Results The m RNA and protein expression levels of TGF-β2 and TGFβR Ⅱ were tested by the Real-time PCR and WB, and the expression levels in the test group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression levels of TGF-β2 and TGFβR Ⅱ cell factors are related to the disease progress in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TGF-β2 and TGFβR Ⅱ, which can be used as an important adjunctive index and can be widely promoted.
