探讨临床糖尿病诊断中常规检验与生化检验的价值对比

Study on Comparison of Value of Routine Test and Biochemical Test in Diagnosis of Clinical Diabetes

目的探讨分析糖尿病临床诊断的常规检验和生化检验临床应用效果。方法根据该院2014年7月—2015年4月接收的104例糖尿病患者来分析研究,将患者分成对照组和观察组,两组均为52例。观察组我们使用了全自动生化分析仪,对照组使用常规尿液检验。对两组的结果进行对比分析,和临床诊断进行比较,分析检验有效率。结果观察组有效50例,占总数的96.15%;对照组有效41例,占78.85%。观察组的检验有效率比对照组高,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该结果表明,生化检验应用于糖尿病诊断的准确性比较高,应用价值更高。结论生化检验可以为我国临床医学诊断糖尿病提供较大的帮助,提升准确率,我们使用生化检验的方式来作为首选是非常合理的,临床应用价值高。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of routine test and biochemical test in diagnosis of clinical diabetes. Methods 104 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2014 to April2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 52 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine urine test,while the observation group adopted the full-automatic biochemical analyzer, and the results of the two groups were analyzed and compared and the test effective rate was analyzed. Results In the observation group, 50 cases were effective, accounting for 96.15% and in the control group, 41 cases were effective, accounting for 78.85%, and the test effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）, and the results showed that the application value of biochemical test in diagnosis of diabetes was higher. Conclusion The biochemical test can provide a big help for the clinical medical diagnosis of diabetes in China and improve the accuracy, and it is reasonable to use this method, and the clinical application value is high.
