摘要
目的对糖尿病肾病患者采用中西医结合治疗以及中医特色护理进行分析和探讨。方法选取该院2016年5—12月患有糖尿病肾病的患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,在两者都使用中西医结合治疗的前提下,其中观察组37例采用中医特色护理方法 ,对照组33例采用一般护理方式,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果通过比较两组患者治疗前后的效果,观察组明显高于对照组,取得显著成效。结论在糖尿病肾病患者使用中医特色护理,能够有效减缓糖尿病肾病的进展速度,在一定程度上提高了治疗效果。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of TCM special nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 70 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from May to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group with 37 cases adopted the TCM special nursing method, while the control group with 33 cases adopted the general nursing method, and the precondition was the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the effect was obvious. Conclusion TCM special nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively relieve the progress rate of diabetic nephropathy and improve the treatment effect to a certain degree.
