探讨超声在诊断2型糖尿病眼病中的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究分析2型糖尿病患者接受超声诊断的临床意义和应用价值。方法根据2011年4月—2013年4月该院的80例糖尿病合并眼病患者来分析研究,将患者作为糖尿病组,同期选取60例体检者作为对照组,对比分析两组的眼部疾病二维超声、彩色和频谱多普勒超声影像结果。结果糖尿病眼部疾病的玻璃体混浊、玻璃体积血和视网膜脱落等症状能够通过二维声像图表现出来,糖尿病组的CRA和OA流速要比对照组低,RI和PI要比对照组高,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CEUS能够对病灶血管进行显示,对视网膜脱落以及玻璃体积血等疾病具有比较高的诊出率,临床中效果突出。结论糖尿病眼部疾病通过超声诊断能够对视网膜内血流灌注情况进行分析,超声造影则是在疑难杂症和肿瘤疾病的诊断中具有非常好的效果,有助于临床诊断和鉴别,因此可以推广使用。 Objective To research and analyze the clinical significance and application value of ultrasound diagnosis of patients with type 2 diabetic eye diseases. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic eye diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected as the diabetes group, 60 cases of physical examination people at the same period were selected as the control group, and the eye disease two-dimensional ultrasound, color and spectrum Doppler ultrasound imaging results were compared between the two groups. Results The vitreous opacity, vitreous hemorrhage and amotio retinae of type 2 diabetic eye diseases can be reflected by the two-dimensional sonogram, and the CRA and OA velocities in the diabetes group were lower than those in the control group, and the RI and PI were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05), and the CEUS can display the lesion vessels, and the diagnosis rate of amotio retinae and vitreous hemorrhage was higher, and the clinical effect was outstanding.Conclusion The ultrasound diagnosis of type 2 diabetic eye diseases can analyze the intra retinal blood perfusion, and the ultrasonic contrast has a good effect in diagnosis of incurable diseases and tumor diseases, which contributes to clinical diagnosis and differentiation, therefore, it can be promoted and applied.
