日本专利文献之历史沿革与精确检索

Historical Development and Accurate Search of Japanese Patent Documents

在日本专利制度发展过程中,日本专利文献及其编号体系几经更迭,其文献类型及文献号呈现多样性和特殊性,且在不同的数据库检索时所需输入的文献号格式不尽相同,如何快速准确地获取日本专利文献成为专利审查员、研究分析人员及翻译人员等群体所面临的难题。基于全文图像标准化加工过程中的数据分析实践,本研究通过文献研究、官方网站检索与核验等途径对日本专利文献的种类及其编号体系进行系统梳理,厘清了日本专利制度变迁过程中专利文献种类及其编号体系的演变过程。在此基础上,介绍日本专利文献的精确检索方法,为提高专利审查及翻译的质量和效率等提供强有力的支撑。

In the process of the development of the Japanese patent system, the patent documents and numbering system thereof have been changed several times. The document type and numbering system thereof show the characteristics of diversity and particularity. Besides, different input types of the document number are required in different database retrieval systems. The access to Japanese patent documents rapidly and accurately is the problem encountered by patent examiners, research analysts and patent translators. This study systematically reviews the Japanese patent documents and numbering system thereof by taking the changing process of Japanese patent system as a main clue, in view of protection subjects and examination procedures prescribed by the patent law of Japan. Furthermore, methods of accurate access to Japanese patent documents in different patent retrieval systems are introduced. The results lay the foundation for standardization and effective utilization of Japanese patent documents.
