本文对企业内部开展专利预警机制的基本原则、分析的对象进行了概括论述,简要说明了建立专利预警机制所需要的资源,描述了搭建专利预警机制的过程,并概括总结了企业开展专利预警分析项目的注意事项。

This paper summarizes the basic principles and the objects of the patent early warning mechanism in the enterprise, and briefly describes the resources needed to establish the patent early warning mechanism. Finally, it describes the process of setting up the patent early warning mechanism, and summarizes the matters needing attention in the project of patent early warning analysis.
