Pharmacokinetic Study of High Dose Cis-platin Chemotherapy

目的 :研究大剂量顺铂化疗的药动学。方法 :用HPLC法测定血浆顺铂浓度。结果 :血浆顺铂的药代动力学模式为开放二室模型 ,t1/2α为 18.6 0 6min ,t1/2 β为 4 1.1782h。结论 :大剂量顺铂化疗的t1/2 β达 4 1.1782h 。

OBJECTIVE:Studied the pharmacokinetics of High Dose Cis-platin Chemotherapy. METHOD:The Platinum concentration was measured by HPLC.RESULTS:The results showed that the plasma clearance of platinum was biphasic. There was a short initial phase with a half life of 18.606min and a long second phase with a half life of 41.1782hours.CONCLUSION:The t 1/2β of High Dose Cis platin Chemotherapy lasted 41.1782hours,and the interval drug taking should be above three weeks
