摘要
介绍了一种现有普遍应用的矿用截齿装置结构形式。从机构振动的角度出发,设计了一种新型的截齿装置,分析了该装置能减小负载冲击力带来的振动。进而有效地抑制了整机作业设备产生较大的振动,对保护整机装备有益处,并可节约一定的能量。为下一步的振动测试和工业性实验提供了理论基础。
It states that the construct of cutting parts is widely used in mine. Considering machine vibration, a new type of cutting structure is designed can weaken impact and vibration, which originates from loads. Consequently the whole equipment vibration is effectively restrained. As a result, this is benefit for protecting the whole mechanism and economizing amount of energy. Thus it laid a theoretical foundation for vibratory test and practical try-out.
