摘要
提出一种将传感器安装在支撑物上的测重方式,对箕斗斗箱及其支撑物在装载过程中的受力情况进行理论分析,并利用有限元ANSYS对支撑物进行仿真分析确定传感器的安装位置,确定了定重装载的称重方法。
Put forward a kind of sensor installed on the support way of measuring weight, completeo the theoretical analysis of stress and skips support in the loading process. The finite element ANSYS is used to simulate the installation position of the sensor and the weighing method of the fixed weight loading is determined.
