摘要
为检验所设计的铲运机的结构布置及各个部分的强度是否符合设计要求,应用虚拟样机技术对多功能铲车进行了分析设计,鉴于井下巷道路面的复杂性,对防爆铲运机在等速重载平路直行、10°爬坡、凹坑路面及凸起路面几种不同工况下的动力性能进行分析,并提取了整车动力学参数,为后续的静力学优化分析提供了重要的数据参考。
The structure of designed muhifunction LHD and the strength of every part have an important effect on the whole loader, so virtual prototype was used in the design process. Due to the complex road condition in underground tunnel, analyze the dynamic changing process at constant speed on four road surfaces such as flat, slope 10° ,pot-hole and plank. Then extract the dynamic parameters for the static analysis in the follow-up process.
