摘要 为了确定淄博市机电泵类产品质量检验研究院真空泵测试系统的测量精度,需要对真空泵测试系统的不确定度进行评定。选择成熟型号为2BV-2060的水环真空泵进行试验,分别在孔板阀门全开、400 h Pa气量点和极限真空3种工况点下进行试验数据采集,每种工况点下各采集13组数据。依据不确定度计算方法,在Excel中分别对3种工况点下的气量、进气压力、转速和输入功率的不确定度进行计算。通过计算得知,以上4个测量量的不确定度均在标准规定的范围内。该评定方法为其他泵测试系统不确定度的评定提供了理论依据。 In order to determine the measurement accuracy of vacuum pump test system in Zibo city electrical and mechanical pump product quality inspection institute, it is necessary to evaluate the uncertainty of vacuum pump test system. Select the mature model 2BV-2060 water-ring vacuum pump to test, respectively, in the orifice valve full open, 400 hPa gas point and limit vacuum under the three working conditions under the test data acquisition, each case under the collection of 13 sets of data. According to the uncertainty calculation method, the uncertainty of gas volume, intake pressure, rotational speed and input power in three kinds of working conditions are calculated in Excel. It is known that the uncertainty of the above four measurements is within the range specified by the standard. The evaluation method provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the uncertainty of other pump test systems.
