在生产实践使用过程中,国产液压支架结构件以及油缸故障频发,使用维护费用相对较高,对在神东矿区广泛应用的国产液压支架结构件和油缸类故障进行统计,分析其故障形式、故障原因。目的在于降低液压支架故障率,提升国产矿机设备正常运行水平。

The faults of Structural parts and oil cylinders of the hydraulic supports occurred frequently in the process of production practice.the maintenance costs are relatively high,this paper focuses on the statistics of the failure of the structural components and oil cylinders of the domestic hydraulic： supports in Shendong mining area, and analyzes the fault form and the cause of fault. The purpose is to reduce the failure rate of hydraulic supports and to improve the normal operation level of domestic mining equipment.
