摘要
以机械加工车间生产辅助工具准时配送制管理模式及其实现方式为研究对象,通过将生产辅助工具绑定到工艺流程,并结合生产现场调度等基础数据的方式,提出生产辅助工具准时配送制管理模式。将生产辅助工具配送分为供应配送、生产配送和现场动态调度。给出了生产辅助工具配送制管理体系,并研究了生产辅助工具准时配送的实现方法,提出了通过零部件加工过程的实时仿真来确定工具在线时间,来制定辅助工具生产现场动态调度计划的方法。在此研究基础之上,进行了生产现场辅助工具管理系统总体设计和信息建模,并开发了相应的生产辅助工具管理系统。
The way of realization that assistant tools delivery system for mechanical processing workshop is researched. Through bounding the assistant tools to the process route, and combined with the production scheduling and process route based data, a kind of punctual distribution management model of production site auxiliary tools was proposed. The distribution of production assistant tools can be divided into supply distribution, production distribution and dynamic scheduling. Meanwhile, the realization method of tools punctual delivery in production site is presented. By real-time simulation to determine tools machining time of the parts processing process, the method of establishing dynamic scheduling tools of production plan is proposed. Based on the above research, the production site auxiliary tools management system design and information modeling, and the development of the production tool corresponding management system.
