JS型蛇形弹簧的设计及分析

摘要 针对JS型蛇形弹簧的参数化建模后其模型的质量是否符合预期标准的问题,应用CATIA软件建立了JS型蛇形弹簧的参数化设计模型,并对其进行了系列化分解,得出了若干标准模型,利用ANSYS软件对CATIA中设计的某一典型标准JS型蛇形弹簧模型进行了有限元仿真分析。 In view of questions of whether the quality of the JS serpentine spring model for environmental protection machinery conforms to the standard. Uses CATIA software to establish the parametric design model of JS type serpentine springs, carry out a series of decomposition, and obtains several standard models. The results show that the maximum displacement deformation of spring is in accordance with the design requirement, through using ANSYS software to simulate the typical JS type serpentine spring model of being designed in CATIA.
