摘要
目前,市场上主要的校直机种类分为两种:液压校直机和伺服校直机。液压校直机由于受工作介质性能的影响,致使其加工精度低,误差范围大。伺服校直机利用伺服电机控制,其控制精度高、响应速度快,但是设备成本高昂。现研究一种由电机和液压联合控制的方法,在保证校直精度的前提下,尽可能降低校直机的成本,同时避免校直过程中刚性冲击现象的发生。
At present, the straightening machine in the market can be classified as two types of hydraulic straightening machine and servo straightening machine. The hydraulic straightening machine is influenced by the performance of the working medium, resul- ting in its low precision and large range of error. Using servo motor to control the servo straightening machine, it has high control preci- sion and fast response characteristics, but high-cost. So a way of combing motor and hydraulic to realize control was studied, which cut the costs upon the premise of ensured straightening precision as high as possible. What's more, avoid the happening of rigid impact phe- nomenon during straightening.
