摘要 为保证加工中心在加工过程中的安全,避免重大事故,提高生产率和机床利用率,开发远程智能故障诊断系统加强机床的运行管理。针对加工中心的实际情况,通过提取加工中心的报警信息,利用VB开发远程故障诊断系统对加工中心运行状态进行监测。将提取的数控系统参数和报警信息进行分类,便于在机床发生故障时,能够快速、及时地对数控系统的信息进行查找咨询,方便用户识别设备在运行过程中的有关状态,从而达到故障诊断的目的。 In order to make sure the safety of machining centers' working process, to avoid major accidents, to improve produc- tion rate and machine tool utihzation rate, long-distance intelligent fault diagnosis system and reinforce operations management of ma- chine tools were developed. Aimed at the physical truth of machining centers, by means of fetching alarm information of machining cen- ters, Visual Basic (VB) was used to develop long-distance intelligent fault diagnosis system to monitor the operate states of the machi- ning centers. Then the parameters were classified of computer numberial control (cNc) system and alarm information which have been extracted in order to look up and consult the information of CNC system immediately. Users can easily recognize the concerned states when the equipment is operating, so that, the purpose of fault diagnosing is achieved.
