三生协调的地理国情综合统计分析框架设计

Framework design of comprehensive statistics of geographical state based on coordination among ecological,productive and living functions

针对地理国情普查数据深度挖掘与应用问题,该文从三生(生态、生产与生活)功能协调性角度描述了人类活动与地理环境之间的相互作用关系,并据此阐明地理国情综合统计分析总体思路,设计了生态环境安全协调性、生产资源高效利用性以及生活质量小康化水平等专题内容,最后以广东地理省情综合统计为案例给出了具体的指标体系和计算依据。该文将国土规划需求与地理国情监测应用相结合,设计的框架体系可为地理国情综合统计实践提供思路。

Aiming at the application and knowledge discovery of geographical survey database, the relationship between human activities and geographical environment was described using the idea of ecologi cal, productive and living functions, and then the general principle for comprehensive statics of geograph- ical state was proposed. Moreover, three main topics were designed including security of ecological and en- vironmental, utilization of natural resources, quality of well-off society and the level of middle-class fami- ly. Evaluation indices and measure criterions were set selecting Guangdong province as case study area. This comprehensive statistics framework incorporated the demands of land use planning with the applica tion of geographical survey, which was one of the key technologies to discover the contradiction between development and protection. Results of comprehensive statistics could provide the state information from the view of geo-space for policy making of social and economic development, and the framework of this study could provide reference for practice.
