摘要
搭建实验平台,形成两个逆向旋转的涡场,研究逆向旋转火旋风质量燃烧速率与速度环量之间关系。建立火旋风质量燃烧速率理论模型,证明在稳定态无量纲质量燃烧速率与无量纲速度环量呈线性关系。基于实验数据得到归一化的质量燃烧速率、热释放速率和速度环量的半经验-半理论关系式,与实验数据均吻合较好,可用于一定尺度的双火旋风质量燃烧速率或热释放速率的预测。分析表明,涡核低压区对燃料和空气的抽吸作用,对火旋风质量燃烧速率和质量流率的影响都是不应忽视的。
Effects of velocity circulation on mass burning rates of converse revolving jet fuel fire whirls in pair were conducted on experimental platform. A theoretical model for mass burning rate was set up indicating that the dimensionless mass burning rate have a linear relationship with the dimensionless velocity circulation in fire whirl steady state. Semi-empirical and theoretical expressions were founded based on the experimental data and good agreements- were obtained between the equations and the experimental data. The expressions could be used in predicting mass burning rate or heat release rate of fire whirls in pair in certain scale. Analysis indicated that the suction effect of the low pressure area in the vortex core on mass burning rate and gas flow rate should be taken into account.
