热气溶胶灭火剂共结晶工艺与灭火性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用共结晶工艺改善热气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧与灭火性能。以氧平衡作为设计配方比例的主要原则,寻找共结晶后灭火性能最好的配方。对灭火剂原料进行共结晶工艺处理,采用显微镜、X射线衍射、热失重测试对样品进行表征,并与同样比例成分未经共晶的灭火剂进行灭火效率对比分析。研究结果表明:通过共结晶工艺控制,可以得到硝酸钾与乳糖的共结晶产物;灭火效率测试结果显示,在相同配比条件下,共结晶产物的灭火效率明显提高,燃烧时间从5.8 s缩短至2.0 s,灭火时间从5.7 s缩短至4.6 s。 The aim of this study is to improve the combustion and fire extinguishing performance of hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent by crystallization process. The oxygen balance was the main principle to design the formulation and to find out the best formulation after crystallization process. The material of fire extinguishing agent was treated by crystallization process,then make compara- tive analysis of fire extinguishing efficiency with the fire extin- guishing agent mixed directly by the same proportion of ingredi- ents. The microscope, X ray diffraction and thermogravimetic anal- ysis were used to characterize the samples. The results indicated that the crystallization of potassium nitrate and lactose can be ob- tained by the controlling eutectic process. Fire extinguishing efficiency test results showed that the extinguishing efficiency of cocrystallized product was improved obviously under the condition of the same proportion. The burning time was shortened from 5.8 s to 2.0 s, and the extinguishing time was shortened from 5.7 s to 4.6 s.
