The establishment and comparison of airworthiness fireproof codes

介绍飞机适航防火试验条件的建立。通过对《动力推进安装件和推进系统部件的防火试验方法》、《飞机材料防火测试手册》、《民用飞机机载设备环境条件和试验方法第14部分:防火、可燃性试验》、《飞机机载环境试验程序》和《运输类飞机适航标准》附录F中适航防火条款的对比研究,确定其中关于隔热/隔音材料火焰传播及抗火焰烧穿试验条款建立的基础及来源。研究结果对于其他类型飞机适航防火条款的建立与改进具有参考意义。

The establishment of airworthiness fireproof test condi- tion was introduced. The airworthiness fire protection provisions of ＂Powerplant installation and propulsion system component fire protection test methods, standards, and criteria＂, ＂Aircraft mate- rials fire test handbook＂, ＂Environmental conditions and test proce- dures for airborne equipment of civil airplane, part 14： Fire flam- mability test＂, ＂Aircraft environmental test procedure for airborne equipment - Resistance to fire in designated fire zones＂ and Appen- dix F to ＂Airworthiness standards for transport aircraft＂ was com- pared in detail. The foundation and source of the clause in the Ap- pendix Fabout the test method to determine the burnthrough resis- tance of thermal/acoustic insulation materials were decided. The current research results are helpful for the establishment and improvement of airworthiness and fire protection provisions for other aircrafts in the future.
