通过对一起"三合一"场所较大亡人火灾事故进行调查分析,充分应用火灾现场遗留的火势蔓延痕迹,精确认定起火部位及起火点。根据物证鉴定结果,最终认定火灾原因为电冰箱电气线路发生故障引起。探讨此类火灾现场痕迹发现与应用及灾害成因,如建筑消防设计不规范、管理混乱、人员消防意识差等。从应用多种现场痕迹、火场环境勘查技术等方面总结火灾调查体会。

Through investigation on a large fire accident in a ＂three in one＂ place, fully used on-site fire spread trace, and the fire origin and fire point was accurately determined. According to the material evidence identification results, the fire cause was finally identified as electrical line failure of refrigerator. Discussed discovery of on-site trace and its application and disaster cause including illegal fire safety design, confusion in management and poor consciousness of personnel. The fire investigation experience was concluded from various on-site trace and fire field exploration techniques.
