An investigation on a warehouse fire

对一起厂房改建为仓库建筑使用发生火灾的案例,通过调查询问、现场勘验,结合物证鉴定意见,综合认定火灾事故原因为电动车充电线路短路引燃周围可燃物导致火灾。总结调查中疑点的排除方法,从建筑性质变更、违章用电、火灾扑救等方面对火灾事故成因进行分析,提出加强此类建筑消防管理的措施。

Aiming at fire accident of a warehouse rebuilt from factory, through investigation and inquisition and on-site reconnais- sance, combined with evidence identification, the fire cause was identified as short circuit of electric vehicle charging line igniting surrounding combustibles, concluded the suspected points exclusion method, analyzed the disaster cause from aspects as change of building nature, illegal use of electricity and firefighting, and pro- posed the countermeasures for strengthening fire management of similar building.
