穿心垫块式重量传感器模式设计

Mode Design of Cross-Core Block Type Weight Sensor

为解决销轴式重量传感器损坏频繁和数据不准确的问题,在不影响双箱场桥结构的前提下,重新设计穿心垫块式重量传感器,并将传感器的位置由上架销轴改为剪切应力作用最小的旋锁垫块。

The cross-core block type weight sensor is redesigned to solve the problems of stress damage and inaccurate data on the pin type weight sensor under the condition which can not influence double box RTG structure. The installation site of cross-core block type weight sensor is changed from the rack pin to the swing lock block in which the shear stress is minimum.
