摘要
为尽量减少集装箱作业中在起钩初期由于操作、集装箱箱体或船体等原因造成的人员伤害、机损和货损,设计自动二次停钩操作模式,并编写岸桥控制程序,使该操作方式固定化,从而降低作业风险,提高设备运行稳定性。
In order to reduce the personnel injury, mechanical casualty and damage of cargo caused by the operation, container box and hull in the container operation, the automatic twice-hook-stop operation mode is designed. The quayside container crane control programs are settled to regular the operation mode. The operation risk can be reduced and the stability of equipment operation can be enhanced.
