摘要
为了提高离子氮化件的心部硬度,从而提高其承载能力。对35Cr Mo V材料提高心部硬度的预备热处理进行了试验研究,同时对提高硬度后的离子氮化性能的变化进行了对比试验,采用拉伸、冲击等力学性能试验方法以及金相检验方法进行检验。结果表明预备热处理使硬度从上限302 HB提高到340 HB,冲击韧性满足要求,综合力学性能较好,提高硬度后对渗层厚度、渗层脆性没有不利的影响;对氮化物级别略有不利影响,但满足标准要求。即无论是预备热处理后的力学性能,还是提高硬度后的离子氮化性能,提高心部硬度都是可行的。
The carrying capacity was improved by improving the core hardness of ion nitriding parts. The preliminary heat treatment of 35CrMoV material to improve the core hardness was studied. At the same time, the comparative test of the change of ion nitriding performance after improving hardness was carried out, and tested by means of tensile and impact tests and metallographic test methods. The results show that the hardness after the preparing heat treatment is increased from the upper limit 302 HB to 340 HB, and the impact toughness satisfies the requirements. The comprehensive mechanical property is better than be- fore. The increasing hardness has no adverse effect on the thickness and the brittleness of nitriding layer, but slightly adversely affected to the nitride level and can meet still the standard requirements. Both the mechanical properties of the preparing heat treatment and the improvement of plasma nitriding performance after improving hardness, as well as the improving core hardness are feasible.
