摘要
对20CrMnTi钢冷挤压开裂零件进行化学成分、布氏硬度、非金属夹杂物、金相组织和断口形貌等分析研究。结果表明,钢中的硫含量偏高,导致硫化物夹杂级别较高,是后续冷挤压过程中在凸缘处产生开裂的主要原因,并提出预防冷挤压开裂的措施。
The chemical composition, Brinell hardness, non-metallic inclusions, microstructures and frac- ture morphology for cold extrusion cracking of 20CrMnTi steel parts are alalyzed. The results show that the high sulfur content in the steel leads to higher level of sulfide inclusions, which is the main cause of crack- ing at the flanges during cold extrusion. And the measures to prevent cold extrusion cracking is put for- ward.
