摘要
采用金相检验、扫描电镜观察以及化学成分分析等方法,对镀锌钢丝缠绕断裂试样进行全面检验。结果表明:钢丝表面擦伤是导致缠绕断裂的主要原因;同时,本文梳理造成表面伤损的各因素,进而提出了改进措施。
The twining fracture samples of galvanizing steel wire are overall examined by metallographic examination, SEM observation and chemical composition analysis etc.. The results show that surface scratch of wire is the main cause to twining fracture. At the same time, all factors to be able to cause sur- face scratch are analyzed and improvement measure is provided in this paper.
