高温高压高含硫化氢气田储层钻开液研究和应用 被引量:4

摘要 为了满足印尼BD高温、高压、高含硫化氢"三高"气田水平井钻井开发的需要,采用有机盐和可酸溶固相材料加重,研制无膨润土和重晶石的抗温弱凝胶水基钻开液体系HTFLOW。研制的钻开液体系使用甲酸钾加重至1.50g/cm3,然后用锰矿粉(Mn3O4)补充加重,体系的最高密度能够达到2.2g/cm3;该体系具有良好的抗温性能,体系抗温大于160℃;固相及滤饼可酸溶,对储层伤害小,渗透率恢复值高于90%。在BD气田4口井的成功应用,满足了作业和配产要求。研究结果表明,高温、高压、高含硫化氢气田储层钻开液技术可行,为BD气田及同类气田提供了开发的实用技术依据。 BD gas field is high temperature and high pressure gas field in Indonesia, and there is high H2S content and CO2 content in this field. In order to meet needs of drilling horizontal wells in "three highs" gas field, HTFLOW system has been developed. HTFLOW system is a temperature-resisting weak gel water-based drill-in system without bentonite and barite. HTFLOW system use potassium formate to increase system's density to 1.50 g/cm^3 , then use micro manganese powder (Mn3O4 ) continue to increase system's density to 2.20g/cm^3. The system has good temperature resistance, resistance temperature greater than 160 ℃. Solid phase and the filter cake can be dissolved by acid, reservoir damage is small, permeability recovery value is higher than 90%. HTFLOW was used successfully in 4 wells of BD gas field, and meet the requirement of drilling and product. The research results showed that technical solution using HTFLOW system to drill high temperature and high pressure gas reservoir with high H2S and CO2 content is feasible, and provide a practical technical basis for drilling the BD gas field and similar gas fields.
