摘要
针对LED道路照明中的眩光问题,基于自由曲面透镜设计,提出一种非对称单侧蝠翼配光方法。进行眩光抑制。分析了LED路灯眩光成因,得出消除眩光的非对称单侧蝠翼配光要求,通过非成像光学设计,以能量守恒定律与折射定律为理论基础,对自由曲面进行迭代优化,将普通LED的朗伯型分布曲线变换为单侧蝠翼型的配光曲线,从而改变LED路灯的照明角度,实现抑制眩光的目的。仿真结果表明,本文方法设计在单向通行的照明环境下,可以实现照度均匀度优于0.65,同时消除眩光,具有良好的应用和发展前景。
Aiming at the glare of LED streat lamp,a new method based on the design of free-form lens is proposed in this paper. The new lens can achieve single-side asymmetrical bat-wing road light distribu- tion,which is used to suppress glare. Firstly,the causes of LED street lamp glare are analyzed. The light distribution requirement of asymmetrical single-side bat-wins to eliminate the glare is obtained. Through non-imaging optics design, based on the energy conservation law and the Snell's law, the free-form lens is optimized iteratively. Lambert-type distribution curve of LED is transformed into asymmetrical single- side bat-wing light distribution. According to the light distribution, the lighting angle of the LED street lamp is adjusted, so as to suppress road glare. The light distribution of freeform lens is calculated in ray traing software. Road lighting models with 2 or 4 lanes are set up in illumination design software. Simulation results show that in one-way lighting environment, this design can maintain uniformity better than 0.65 ,meanwhile eliminating glare and has good application and development prospects.
