勐糯铅锌矿选矿工艺的生产现状及优化探讨 被引量:5

摘要 根据勐糯铅锌矿矿石中目的矿物呈微细粒不均匀嵌布、共生关系密切且含有易泥化黏土矿物的特点,结合选矿工艺参数和技术指标,对选矿工艺进行了全面分析,得出矿石选别不理想的难点在于:过磨导致微细粒级含量高、浮选设备及药剂制度不能适应矿物分选的要求、超载运行的浓缩过滤工艺造成回水利用对浮选系统的干扰,以及缺乏必要的自动检测与控制技术。站在选矿技术发展进步的角度,针对性地提出:选择合理的磨矿介质、采用高频振动细筛分级、阶段磨矿等降低磨矿过粉碎;优化药剂制度、采用细粒级浮选设备等强化微细粒浮选;采用适合的消泡剂、絮凝剂、压滤机等提高微细粒脱水效率;采用自动检测与控制技术稳定选矿工艺流程等,以促进选矿技术指标和经济效益的提高。 Due to the aim mineral is micro-grain and embedded not evenly, with close symbiosis relationship and contains clay mineral which is easily become mud in the Lead-zinc mine in Mengnuo, This thesis makes a comprehensive analysis on the mineral processing technology combing its parameters and technology standard, drawing the conclusion that the main factors affecting the separation indexes are fine dissemination size of minerals, easy to slime clay minerals, overgrinding of mill, unsuitable flotation device, irrational flotation reagent system, mismatched dewatering ability, and without mineral processing automation control technology. In order to improve the mineral processing technology, this thesis point out some improvement measure such as reasonable grinding medium, fine screening classification and staged grinding to reduce over-grinding, optimized flotation reagent system and flotation device to strengthen flotation recovery of fine minerals, defoamer, flocculant and filter press were being used for dewatering, adopting appropriate automatic detection and control technology to stabilize mineral processing process, in order to facilitate technical index and economic improvement.
