摘要
对某冶炼厂酸性废水以CaO作除氟试剂处理进行了试验,研究了pH值、药剂投加量、废水中F的原始浓度、放置时间等因素对氟去除效果的影响,确定了最佳的实验参数,减少了目前的闭路除F的药剂费。同时对开路用CaO除F后水回用产生结垢的可能性进行了分析,为防止结垢提供了对策。
This paper to a smelter acid wastewater by CaO for removing fluorine reagent treatment were tested, the pH value, chemicals cast dosage, wastewater in F the original concentration, placing time and other factors on removal effect of fluorine effect to determine the optimal experimental parameters, reducing the current closed except f agent fee. At the same time, the possibility of generating scaling by using CaO in addition to F after open circuit was analyzed, and the countermeasures were provided.
