文章以陕北地区特色鲜明的佳县葭芦古城为研究对象,在保护古城的基础上,通过现状对实体遗存的保护与城市设计框架五要素的结合,提出古城保护的规划策略,针对不同功能保护区域,通过有效引导、控制,最终实现古城的特色保护与旅游开发相结合。
