从量到质:我国经济转型时期的城市设计

From Physical Expansion to Stock Optimization:Urban Design in China 's Economic Transition

文章对改革开放以来的城市扩张作出批判反思,指出增量扩张阶段我国城市设计在人性化、公共空间塑造以及生态系统维护等方面存在的问题;在经济转型时期,针对增量扩张给城市所带来的不良后果,提出未来城市设计应当关注的问题:以人为本的价值回归、城市微更新与场所重塑、生态自然的修复及其综合利用。

This paper makes a critical rethinking on the urban expansion since the reform and opening up, and points out the problems in the aspects of humanization, public space shaping and ecosystem maintenance in the past period of physical expansion. In the period of economic transformation, urban design should pay attention to the topic： the value of people-oriented regression, urban micro-update and place remodeling, ecological restoration and landscape urban.
