武力拔寒散质量标准研究

Quality Standard of Wuli Bahan Powder

目的建立武力拔寒散的质量检测方法。方法采用TLC鉴别花椒和白花菜子,采用GC法测定白花菜子中油酸的含量。结果TLC鉴别斑点清晰,无干扰。油酸的线性范围为0.0981~0.981 mg·ml-1,Y=15.347 X(r=0.9991)。结论本方法简单、快速、准确、重复性好,可为全面评价和控制武力拔寒散制剂提供质量依据。

Objective To establish a quality standard forWuli Bahan powder.Methods TLC method was used for qualitative identification of Zanthoxylum schini folium Sieb. et Zucc. and Cleome gynandra seeds.Results TLC spots were clear and well-separated without negative interferenee.Oleic acid had a good linearity within the range of 0.0981 to 0. 981 mg .ml-1, Y = 15. 347X （r = 0.9991）.Conclusion This method is simple, quick, accurate and reproducible,which provides reference for quality control of Wuli Bahan powder.
