二氢杨梅素对^(60)Co-γ辐射小鼠氧化应激损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨二氢杨梅素对60 Co-γ射线所致小鼠氧化损伤的保护作用。方法健康雄性昆明小鼠按体质量随机分为正常对照组、辐射对照组和二氢杨梅素(低、中、高)剂量组,各组均采用灌胃给药方式。辐射对照组和二氢杨梅素组小鼠全身一次性进行60 Co-γ照射,总辐射剂量为3.25Gy,各组继续给药7d后检测小鼠外周全血血清中过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性改变和丙二醛含量的变化。结果与辐射对照组比较二氢杨梅素高剂量组小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);二氢杨梅素中、高剂量组小鼠血清中过氧化氢酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),与正常对照组比较各项指标无统计学差异。结论二氢杨梅素对60 Co-γ辐射小鼠引起的氧化应激损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能和抗氧化作用有关。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of dihydromyricetin (DMY) on 60Co-γ-in- duced oxidative stress in mice.Methods According to weight,male Kuming mice were randomly divided into five groups : control, radiation group, DMY high-dose, middle-dose, and low dose groups.The mice in control and radiation groups received saline treatment only, DMY groups were administrated with different doses of DMY.Each group was treated with intragastric administration.All the mice were exposed to whole body 60 Co-γ radiation at the total dose of 3.25 Oy, except the control mice.After treatment of 7 da'ys, the activity changes of catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in serum were measured.Results DMY high-dose group had higher SOD and GSH-Px activities than the radiation group,but were not significantly different from the control, CAT activities increased significantly in DMY middle dose and low-dose groups compared to the radiation group. MDA content decreased significantly in DMY high-dose group compared to the radiation group, but was not significantly different from that of the control. Conclusion DMY shows protective effects on 60Co-γ-induced oxidative stress in mice,and the mechanism may be related to its anti-oxidative action.
