摘要 目的 探讨PDCA循环用于提高急诊科护士岗位胜任能力的效果.方法使用鱼骨图分析影响急诊护士岗位胜任能力的因素,2015年3月成立持续质量改进护理小组,运用PDCA循环管理进行计划、执行、检查和处理,实现护士岗位胜任能力的持续改进并进行效果评价.结果运用PDCA循环管理后42名护士工作态度考核、理论知识、护理技能考核得分均有提高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论运用PDCA循环管理有效提高了急诊护理人员护士岗位胜任能力,对提高危重患者护理质量,保障患者安全有重要的意义,值得推广. Objective To discuss the effects of PDCA cycle in improving the position competencies of nurses in the Department of Emergency.Methods Influencing factors of the position competencies of nurses in the Department of Emergency were analyzed using the fish bone diagram. A continuing quality improvement (CQI) team was set up in March 2015. PDCA cycle management was applied in the planning, implementation, examination and management to carry out the continuous improvement of position competencies of nurses and effectiveness evaluation.Results After the application of PDCA cycle, work attitude assessment,theory knowledge, nursing skills assessment of 42 nurses were significantly improved when compared to those before the application of PDCA cycle (P〈0.05).Conclusions Application of PDCA cycle can effectively improve the position competencies of nurses in the emergency department, increase the quality of nursing in critical patients, ensure the safety of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
