兰坪虫草的多种活性成分研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析兰坪虫草及其兰坪被毛孢的多种活性成分。分别用紫外分光光度法和HPLC法测定并分析了兰坪虫草、兰坪被毛孢和冬虫夏草中14种活性成分的含量,及来自4个样地的兰坪虫草和兰坪被毛孢的7种主要活性成分的含量。在14种成分中,兰坪虫草仅有3种成分与冬虫夏草具有显著差异,但其腺苷和2'-脱氧腺苷较低,可能对其药用价值有一定影响;兰坪被毛孢与冬虫夏草有6种成分具有显著差异,但其腺苷含量比兰坪虫草有显著提高,其多糖含量显著高于兰坪虫草和冬虫夏草,具有一定的开发利用优势。兰坪虫草的7种主要活性成分的含量在样地间差异较小,而兰坪被毛孢差异较大。兰坪被毛孢、兰坪虫草都与冬虫夏草的多种活性成分含量有较高的相似性,兰坪被毛孢有一定开发优势,但需在不同样地间开展优良菌株的筛选。 To analyze the active ingredients of Ophiocordycep lanpingensis and Hirsutella lanpingensis.Contents of 14 active ingredients for O.lanpingensis,Hirsutella lanpingensis and O.sinensis were respectively tested and compared with ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HPLC.Comparison was also carried out on the contents of 7 main ingredients for O.lanpingensis andH.lanpingensis among 4 plots.Among 14 ingredients of O.lanpingensis and O.sinensis,only 3 kinds appeared significant difference,while adenosine and 2'-deoxyadenosine of O.lanpingensis being lower,might cause an effect on its medicinal value.There were 6 ingredients with significant difference between H.lanpingensis and O.sinensis.However,the adenosine content of H.lanpingensis had significant improvement compared to O.lanpingensis and its polysaccharose was significantly higher than O.lanpingensis and O.sinensis.The difference of 7 main active ingredients among plots was smaller for O.lanpingensis,while much bigger for H.lanpingensis.There were high similarities between ingredients of O.lanpingensis,H.lanpingensis and O.sinensis had a definite advantage for development,while it was necessary to screen a good isolate among plots.
