一种餐厨垃圾处理及残油监督回收系统装置的设计与实现

摘要 餐饮行业高速发展的同时,餐厨垃圾也迅速增长。如果管理不当,很容易造成环境污染。为了解决餐厨垃圾处理过程中回收不方便,违规处理等问题,试验提出一种餐厨垃圾处理及残油监督回收方法及系统设计方法,该设备体积小,噪音小,自清洗,使用维修方便,残油在交割环节实现了密闭交割,计量数据上报数据平台。试验结果表明,该装置处理后的餐厨垃圾及残油中水含油量小于1%,油含水量小于15%,渣含水量小于65%,数据通讯中数据稳定且无丢包现象,远程控制响应时间小于0.5 s,具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,能够有效实现政府对餐厨垃圾及残油的回收利用和管控,同时给餐饮业带来了方便。 Rapid development of food and beverage industry,food waste is growing rapidly.If mismanagement,it is easy to cause environmental pollution.In order to solve the problem of food waste recycling and illegal processing problems,this study presents a design and implementation of a kitchen waste disposal and residual oil supervisory recovery system.The equipment has the advantages of small volume,low noise,self cleaning,convenient use and maintenance,the residual oil sealed in the delivery of the delivery system for measurement data reporting data platform.The experimental results show that the kitchen waste water and residual oil content after the treatment of the device is less than 1%,oil content is less than 15%,the slag content is less than 65%,the data communication data is stable and no packet loss,time less than 0.5s to respond to the remote control.The system has good stability and reliability,can effectively achieve the recycling and the government control of food waste and residual oil,and brings convenience to the catering industry.
