摘要
食品工业的供应链风险管理与食品安全生产管理具有内在一致性,加强食品工业供应链风险管理有助于促进我国食品安全生产的管理。通过对食品工业供应链风险管理的深入分析,引申出对食品安全问题的论述,进而提出从成本控制的角度进行供应链的风险管理。通过订货决策模型分析食品企业需要支出的各项成本,寻找最优订货批量,进而降低总成本,从而提高企业经营利润,避免食品企业经营管理者因降低成本需求而产生的侵害食品安全的冲动行为,以此提高供应链的风险管理效果。
Food industry supply chain risk management and food safety production management has the internal consistency,strengthening the food industry supply chain risk management is conducive to promoting China's food safety production management.In this paper,through the in-depth analysis of the food industry supply chain risk,food safety issues are discussed in detail,and then from the point of view of cost control of supply chain risk management.Analysis of the cost of food enterprises needs to spend by ordering decision model,finding the optimal order quantity,thereby reducing the total cost,so as to enhance the profit of enterprise,in order to improve the supply chain risk management.
