气相色谱法快速测定有机磷农残方法的研究

Determination of Organophosphorous Pesticides with Gas Chromatography

建立了一种操作简便的多种有机磷农药气相色谱检测方法,对样品前处理的步骤进行了探索和优化。样品经乙腈提取,FPD检测器测定,外标法定量。27种有机磷农药在0.020~1.00μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性,相关系数均大于0.995,检出限在0.004~0.010 mg/kg。3个浓度梯度(0.050,0.10和0.50 mg/kg)的平均回收率在75%～120%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在3.1%~9.8%。方法灵敏度高、定性定量准确、重现性好,专属性强,完全满足有机磷农残检测要求。

A simple operation GC method for determination of 27 organophosphorous pesticide residues in vegetable and fruit was developed.The substrate spiked standard curves of 27 organophosphorus pesticide had good linear correlations in the range 0.020-1.00 μg/mL,with all correlation coefficients above 0.995.The detection limits of 27 organophosphorus pesticide were 0.004-0.010 mg/kg.The average recoveries of three concentrations（0.050,0.10 and 0.50 mg/kg） were ranged between 75% and 120%,and the relative standard deviations（RSD,n=6） were ranged between 3.1% and 9.8%.This method is highly sensitive,accurate,reproducible and proprietary.It is suitable for the detection of organophosphorous pesticide in vegetable and fruit.
