摘要
结合电站锅炉发展趋势,介绍高参数高压锅炉管的开发方向,以及近期有可能在锅炉上应用的新型耐热钢管材——G115、SAVE12AD、VM12-SHC、Sanicro25和SP2215;分析了工程实践中需要相关行业共同关注的典型高压锅炉管质量问题,包括大直径高压锅炉管表面局部软点和小直径高压锅炉管内壁线性缺陷、热轧高压锅炉管异型、管端折叠缺陷,以及奥氏体耐热钢管内壁氧化等。
With consideration of the development trend of the thermal power plant-used boiler, described here in the paper are the R & D orientation of the high-parameter hi-pressure boiler pipe/tube, and the new type heat- resistant steel grades which are probably used in near future for boiler pipes/tubes, i.e., Gl15, SAVE12AD, VM12-SHC, Sanicro25 and SP2215. Also analyzed are the typical problems concerning quality of the hi-pressure boiler pipe/tube to which all the related industries need to pay close attention in their engineering practices, including the local soft area of the large-sized hi-pressure boiler pipe/tube and the inner surface linear defects of the small-sized hi-pressure boiler pipe/tube, defective deformation and end-folding of the hot-rolled boiler pipe/tube as well as the inner surface oxidation of the austenitic heat-resistant steel pipe/tube, etc.
