摘要
目的:了解复旦大学附属上海市第五人民医院(以下简称"我院")住院药房麻醉药品使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2014—2016年我院住院药房麻醉药品的销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行回顾性统计与分析。结果:2014—2016年我院住院药房麻醉药品的使用量逐年上升,其销售金额分别为1 602 843.70、1 827 294.14、2 321 647.43元,也呈逐年增长趋势;注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼和枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的销售金额排序均居前2位;枸橼酸芬太尼注射液和芬太尼贴剂(多瑞吉,8.4 mg)的DDDs排序均居前3位。结论:我院住院药房麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但仍需加强监管,促进临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacy in the Fifth People＇s Hospital of Shanghai Affiliated to Fudan University（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic. METHODS： Statistically retrospective analysis was conducted on the application data of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacy in terms of consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs） and defined daily cost（ DDC）,etc. RESULTS： The consumption amount of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacy was in an increasing trend,in addition of the consumption sum,respectively 1 602 843. 70,1 827294. 14 and 2 321 647. 43 yuan. The top two drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively remifentanil hydrochloride injections and sufentanil citrate. Yet the top three drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively fentanyl citrate injections and transdermal fentanyl（ durogesic,8. 4 mg）. CONCLUSIONS： The application of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacy is basically rational,yet it is still necessary to strengthen the supervision so as to promote the rational drug application in clinic.
