复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院耳鼻喉科门诊50210张处方中氨溴索片应用合理性分析

Analysis on Application Rationality of Ambroxol Tablets in 50210 Outpatient Prescriptions from Eye and ENT Hospital of Fudan University

目的:了解复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院(以下简称"我院")耳鼻喉科门诊氨溴索片应用的合理性,为开展药学服务及管理决策提供依据。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,随机抽取2016年我院耳鼻喉科门诊处方50 210张,分析氨溴索片的使用情况并评价其合理性。结果:50 210张处方中,含氨溴索片处方共414张;其中,192张(占46.38%)处方使用氨溴索片为用于中耳炎的治疗,绝大部分属于超适应证用药;氨溴索片的用法与用量合理,疗程适宜。结论:绝大部分氨溴索片在我院耳鼻喉科门诊的使用为超适应证用药,需要通过进一步的研究来证实其有效性;少部分处方适应证、用法与用量及疗程不够合理,有待改进;应在药学服务中加强对患者的用药指导。

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the application rationality of Ambroxol tablets in outpatient prescriptions from Eye and ENT Hospital of Fudan University （hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）, so as to provide basis for development of pharmaceutical care and management. METHODS： Cross-sectional study was adopted, 50 210 outpatient prescriptions were randomly extracted, the application status and rationality of Ambroxol tablets was analyzed and evaluated. RESULTS ： Of the 50 210 outpatient prescriptions, prescriptions containing Ambroxol tablets were 414 ; among which, Ambroxol tablets in 192 prescriptions （46. 38 % ） were use for otitis media, most of the prescriptions were off-label use. The usage and dosage of Ambroxol tablets were rational, and the treatment course was proper. CONCLUSIONS： Most application of Ambroxol tablets in our hospital are off-label use, which need the further study to confirm the effectiveness. And few prescriptions were irrational in terms of the indications, usage and dosage, and treatment course, it is necessary to improve and strengthen the medication guidance for patients in pharmaceutical care.
