Review and Analysis on 16800 Outpatient Prescriptions

目的:了解郑州市第六人民医院(以下简称"我院")门诊处方基本情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:选择2016年1—12月门诊处方,每月随机抽取1 400张,共16 800张,对处方的基本情况和不合理处方类型进行分析。结果:16 800张门诊处方中,处方平均用药品种数为1.7种、抗菌药物使用率为7.30%、注射剂使用率为34.20%、国家基本药物使用率为40.20%、药品通用名使用率为100%、处方平均销售金额为153.7元。不合理处方556张(占3.31%),分别为不规范处方(106张,占19.06%)、用药不适宜处方(431张,占77.52%)、超常处方(19张,占3.42%)。结论:我院门诊处方基本合理,但仍存在一定的不合理情况,应从各方面加大对不合理处方的干预,促进临床合理用药。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the general status of outpatient prescriptions in the Sixth People＇s Hospital of Zhengzhou（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic.METHODS： 1 400 outpatient prescriptions each were monthly and randomly extracted during Jan. to Dec. 2016,totally 16 800 prescriptions. Analysis was conducted on the general status and irrational types of prescriptions.RESULTS： Of the 16 800 outpatient prescriptions,the average categories of drugs in each prescription was 1. 7,the use rate of antibiotics was 7. 30%,the use rate of injections was 34. 20%,the utilization rate of essential drugs in the country was 40. 20%,the use rate of approved drug names was 100%,the average consumption sum of each prescription was 153. 7 yuan. The number of irrational prescriptions were 556 prescriptions（ 3. 31%）, mainly performed as non-standard prescriptions（ 106 prescriptions,19. 06%）,improper prescriptions（ 431 prescriptions,77. 52%） and abnormal prescriptions（ 19 prescriptions,3. 42%）. CONCLUSIONS： The use of drugs in outpatient departments is basically rational,yet there are still some irrational problems. It is necessary to strengthen the intervention on irrational prescriptions from different aspects,and promote the rational drug use in clinic.
