摘要
针对综放开采工作面端头区顶煤损失严重的现象,分析了综放面端头区存在的放煤设备布置、两端平巷围岩稳定性及散体煤岩自然安息角的约束等问题,总结了近年来综放工作面端头区放煤设备与工艺的研究进展。提出了应建立一套端头区顶煤可放性等级评估体系;改进端头放煤支架,研制自动化设备;优化巷道设备布置,改进端头放煤工艺,对综放面端头放煤的进一步研究具有一定借鉴意义。
Aiming at the serious loss of resources at the face ends in fully mechanized top - coal caving face, we analyzed the related problems referring to top - coal caving equipment arrangement, surrounding rock stability of level drift at the face ends, and the natural repose angle of granular coal rock, summarized the relevant research progress in recent years. On this basis, suggestions are proposed, including establishment of caving capacity level evaluation system for top - coal caving at face ends area, improvement of face ends support for top - coal caving, development of automated equipment, optimization of roadway equipment arrangement, and perfection of top - coal caving process at face ends. The research can provide references for further study on coal caving at the ends of fully mechanized top - coal caving face.
