综放采空区自燃“三带”分布影响因素研究 被引量:17

摘要 以塔山煤矿8102综放工作面为背景,研究了采空区自燃"三带"划分标准,建立了采空区束管监控系统来监测采空区气体组分。通过对8102综放工作面配风量、注氮气防灭火、工作面推进速度等因素的效果考察,分析其对采空区自燃三带分布的影响情况,从而为矿井综放开采安全开采优化相关工艺参数和技术措施有着积极的作用,同时也为类似工作面的自燃防治提供参考。 Based on the engineering background of 8102 fully mechanized top -coal caving face in Tashan Coal Mine, we studied the standard for spontaneous combustion "three zones" division, established beam tube monitoring system in goaf to monitor the gas components. Through effect investigation of air supply volume, nitrogen injection fire prevention, advancing speed and other factors in the caving face, their influences on the spontaneous combustion three zones distribution in goaf were analyzed, so as to offer positive references for optimization of safe mining process parameter and technical measures in top - coal caving mining safety, and for spontaneous combustion control in similar working face.
