摘要
对我国提升机制动系统的状态监测及故障诊断研究现状进行了研究,分析总结了不同科研单位和企业的研究方法与成果,指出了状态监测不完善、多故障诊断能力不足以及不具备制动性能总体评价能力等缺陷,为研究具有日常设备管理、在线监控、故障模拟、预知性维护四位一体的综合管控功能的制动系统健康评价与智能维护体系提供技术支持。
The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the hoist braking system in our country is studied. The research methods and achievements of different research institutes and enterprises are analyzed and summarized. The defects are pointed out, such as the imperfect condition monitoring, the incompetence of multi - fault diagnosis, and the lack of overall evaluation ability for braking performance. This paper can provide technical support for the health evaluation and intelligent maintenance system of the brake system, which integrates control functions of daily equipment management, on- line monitoring, fauh simulation and intelligent maintenance.
