高阶段大结构二步骤采场回采试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了确保某矿实现700万t/a达产,合理安排采场组织生产,保证采场衔接正常有序,二步骤采场必须与一步骤采场相结合回采。通过对一步骤采场充填体取样、强度测试分析、地压监测及二步骤采场中深孔施工、爆破、出矿等开展试验研究,实现了-400 m中段第一个二步骤采场(12-4~#)成功回采,为大结构二步骤采场回采积累了经验,为矿山长远发展提供了有效可行的途径。 In order to realize the production capacity of 7.0 × 106 t/a, arrange the stope produc- tion, ensure the stope connection in normal and orderly, the production of two-step stope is should be combined with the one of one-step stope. The filling body sampling, strength test and analysis, ground pressure monitoring of the one-step stope, and the medium-length construction, blasting, ore removal of the two-step stope are conducted test studies. The results indicated that the first two-step stope ( 12-4#) is stoping successfully of -400 m section, which is accumulated experience for the stoping of the two-step stope with large structural, besides that, it also can provide a effective and feasible way for the sustain- able development of the mine.
