摘要 目的研究薤(Allium chinense G.Don)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备HPLC等色谱方法分离、纯化薤的化学成分,采用理化性质结合波谱数据分析鉴定分离得到化合物的化学结构。结果从薤的体积分数60%甲醇提取物中分离并鉴定7个化合物,分别为:N-对香豆酰酪胺(1),N-顺式-对香豆酰酪胺(2),无梗五加苷D(3),β-D-吡喃果糖(4),β-D呋喃果糖甲苷(5),β-谷甾醇(6),胡萝卜苷(7)。结论化合物3~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the bulbs of Allium chinense G. Don. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatographies on silica gel column, ODS column, Sephadex LH-20 column, preparative HPLC and their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified to be N-p-coumaroyltyramine ( 1 ) , N-p-hydroxy-cis-coumaroyltyramine ( 2 ) , acanthoside D ( 3 ) , β-D-fructopyranose ( 4 ) , methyl-β-D-fructofuranoside ( 5 ) , β-sitosterol ( 6 ) , and daucosterine ( 7) . Conclusion Compounds 3-5 were isolated from A. chinense G. Don for the first time.
